Winter is in full swing, and there’s no better time to embrace the season together at Ralph Wilson Park! We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming WinterFest on Saturday, February 22—a celebration of all things winter with activities for all ages. Whether you’re strapping into snow shoes, building a snow fort, sipping hot cocoa, or simply enjoying the beauty of the season, WinterFest is a perfect way to experience a preview of Ralph Wilson Park’s future! As we continue to grow, we’re thrilled to introduce our new Ralph Wilson Park Ambassador Program, a paid opportunity for community members to help shape the future of the park. As we continue construction in 2025 and prepare for the park’s phased re-opening in 2026, ambassadors will serve as advocates, event organizers, and community connectors. They’ll plan activities that highlight the park’s assets, share important updates, and ensure that all visitors feel welcome and included. Ambassadors will commit to 5-10 hours per month, earn $20 per hour, and receive training to build skills in outreach, event planning, and community engagement.
