This is YOUR park, and we are building it together. Check out the info below on designing and building a new playground for the 4th Street side of Ralph Wilson Park. Please join us and dream big with us!
Did you hear the news? Buffalo is leading the nation in bold park investment! Ralph Wilson Park is at the heart of a once-in-a-generation transformation that’s putting Buffalo on the map. This is more than a park—it’s a movement built on community-powered design. We were thrilled to see that Buffalo made one of the biggest jumps EVER on the new Trust for Public Land ParkScore Index, showing that when we believe in public space, we believe in our people. Read more about it in the Buffalo News Another Voice column that I co-authored with my colleague Tamar Renaud at Trust for Public Land. The News also featured our park’s progress here, showing how far Buffalo’s park system has come and where it’s going.
We can’t wait to get you all back in the park. Save the Date for our Summer Splash on July 6th!
See you outside,
Katie Campos
Executive Director
P.S. It was awesome to see so many of you at our May Community Meeting—thank you for showing up and helping us shape the future of this incredible park. If you missed it, don’t worry—you can catch the recap, photos, and media coverage here!
